What is a 7-Day Hydration Challenge?

Drinking water is one of the best things you can do for your health! Most of us are not drinking enough water, and our bodies are not working at its optimal potential. If you are anything like me, you have busy and hectic work week and your weekends are just as busy, and at the end of the day, you realize you forgot to drink enough water.

Starting the 7-day hydration challenge will give you the motivation and accountability to get you into the habit of drinking one gallon/128 oz. of water a day.

Benefits Of Drinking More Water
1. Weight-loss
2. Reduced Cravings
3. Clearer Skin:
4. Increased Energy
5. Better Sleep
6. More Mental Clarity
7. Flushes Out Toxins & Waste
8. Boost Immune System

Important Note: No artificial sweetener or additives in your water. If you are tired of drinking just plain water, try infusing water with various fruits and herbs! Adding these additional natural flavors not only make drinking a gallon of water easier but it also has added benefits for your overall health.

Your goal is to get close to your daily water intake of 1 gallons, but don’t overstress if you fail. There are days when you won’t make your goal, but that doesn’t mean that you won’t experience the benefits of your 7-Day hydration challenge.

How the 7 -Day Challenge Works?

Here is a cool chart to track your daily water intake. You can also purchase a water jug like the photo below and create markers that motivate you, along with gauging how much water you have drunk. Try to space out your water throughout the day. Don't wait until last minute and try to jug down 30 oz. of water; trust me, it never works and it doesn't feel good. Drink about 18 oz. every few hours throughout the day. That's just 7 times between getting out of bed and going to bed, it's really not that hard when you are consciously thinking about it.

Ready to start your 7-Day Hydration Challenge? Way to go!
