Burpees Challenge - Week 1

Burpees: We love to hate them, but they are one of the most functional exercises that will strengthen your shoulders, arms, your core, your glutes - your entire body with just one move.

Each day of this challenge the variation of burpees will become more challenging. As the burpee movement gets more challenging, the number of reps will decrease.

For beginners, you may want to split up the burpee reps throughout the day; doing half in the morning and the rest later in the day. For my intermediate and advanced folks, add these burpees into your current workout routine; I guarantee you will feel challenged.

Time yourself and see how quickly you can complete the set, post your time in the accountability post for the day Elite Beauty & Body. Remember you are only competing with yourself. So give it your best!
